At MBvision d.o.o. we are aware of the importance of support and service for the user, so our goal is to eliminate the defect in the shortest possible time and to ensure faultless operation of the devices. Most of the defects can be repaired remotely, via an Internet connection. If this is not possibel we need to repair it on location.
For our control systems we also offer preventive maintenance, annual inspection, calibration and expert support.For a better user experience we recommend the conclusion of a maintenance contract.
Our team is available to you every working day between 7 am and 5 pm.
