Dowel measuring system DMS6 XL

Presentation

With the innovation of DMS6 we can also produce the DMS6 XL version that can measure dowels from 30 mm to 120mm in length and diameter from 8 to 16mm.

DMS6 XL system does not have a pre-sorting system, because both color control cameras are inside a measuring this way inspection of the surface of the dowel is performed simultaneously with the measurement. The system assembles pictures of entire surface of the dowel from multiple images and detects color defects over the entire surface. We added to DMS6 XL automatically adjustment of  V-channel height and the sorting table with a mirror.  This function allows control of wider and longer dowels.
