Rotor optical control system



The system measures rotors on two positions. When the rotor reaches first position, the main controller sends a signal and a high-resolution camera starts taking predefined number of images of rotor in vertical position. Software measures 32 different parameters of a rotor for each image and displays an average value of measurement. Before the rotor reaches the second position, a manipulator starts rotating the rotor and does not stop until the camera is finished taking another set of images of the rotor in horizontal position. This procedure enables the camera to take images from all directions. Software analyzes additional 12 parameters and displays the results on the screen.
