Spring control on safety switch

After years of successful operation of vision control device on safety switch production line, the new requirements for greater accuracy demanded an upgrade of the system. We installed a new high resolution camera with telocentric lens and new software.

The robot places the piece on measuring point; The Camera takes a picture, program calculates product dimensions and classifies the product into one of the categories. The robot takes away the good spring, the bad springs are sent to the bad spring box.
