Weld control and geometry inspection of car seat pipe f35

Weld control and pipe geometry are part of the car seat f35 tube welding device in various designs. The device assembles the components in the correct position and welds them together. After the pieces are cooled, they are checked dimensionally. We check the position of the handles in the 3D space, the position of the holes relative to the base and if the right components are welded according to the type set. The second part of the control device checks the presence, shape and quality of the weld.
