Car rotor inspection device

Presentation

The system rotates the car rotor stack (EV rotor) and scans the outer surface, looking for excessive gaps between the individual lamellas, wrong direction stacked  lamellas. elevated  last lamella and other irregularities that occur during the assembly of the rotor lamellas.

Inspection  system enables in-line inspection of rotor under 40 seconds time. The system, is installed directly on a production line, creates  a high definition surface image with 50000 x 16384 pixels , using line scan camera with resolution 0,014mm/pixel.
