Pattern recognition

Presentation

An automated recognition of patterns and regularities in objects using advanced image processing algorithms. Based on the outputs of these algorithms we can then reliably classify the objects. Common examples of pattern recognition in machine vision are:

Screw classification based on the presence of screw threads
Determining surface homogeneity of objects
Confirming a cogwheel pattern in an object
Sorting dowels based on their size
Determining the rotation of a known objects
Detecting PCB misalignments
Seal detection of products packaging
