Car stator inspection device

The system rotates the car stator  (EV stator) and scans the outer surface, looking for excessive gaps between the individual lamellas, wrong direction stacked  lamellas. elevated  last lamella and other irregularities that occur during the assembly of the stator.

Inspection  system enables in-line inspection of stator under 40 seconds time. The system, is installed directly on a production line, creates  a high definition surface image with 50000 x 16384 pixels , using line scan camera with resolution 0,014mm/pixel.

With another camera and telecentric optics, we inspect the stator inner grooves for possible residues, filings, sheets that could later damage the winding or disable or prevent the assembly of the motor.
