Car stator inspection device

The system rotates the car stator and scans the outer surface, looking for excessive gaps between the individual lamellas and other irregularities that occur during the assembly of the stator.

With another camera and telecentric optics, we inspect the stator inner grooves for possible residues, filings, sheets that could later damage the winding or disable or prevent the assembly of the motor.
