Control of the plastic holder with wheels

The control device is a part of the machine that puts two wheels on the wheel holder. After assembly, the piece is dimensionally checked from the side. Then the piece is checked from the wheel side, where we look for defects on the wheels and check whether the color of the wheels and the holder match the type settings. We check the plastic of the wheel holder from the back, where we check the edges for plastic residues, the smooth surfaces for scratches and porosity, and the remaining surface for damage.
