Glow plug housing inspection with thread repair GPI1
Presentation
The system is designed to inspect different models of glow plug housings. The threads are repaired before inspection. The system inspects all measurements on length, conus, thread, diameters and inside measurements. The centricity of the inner borehole is inspected. The outer and inner surfaces are inspected for scratches, dents and surface imperfections. On the end glow plugs are sorted according to found mistakes.
