Plastic caps with foil inspection

In food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry caps with foil are used. The foil is put in the caps automatically on assembly lines. After insertion of foil in caps are inspected.  Since there are different sizes, colors and shapes of caps and foil, the proof of concept is needed before making a high speed inspection.

In most cases we have to consider: Bad plastic edge on caps, Missing part of cap, missing foil, bad cut foil, crushed foil and color of the foil…
