Stator production line control system

Presentation

The system controls stators in 3 difeerent production phases with 4 cameras in total. Mechanical and robotic manipulators mount the stators on a rotating table, which enables the cameras to observe the stators from all angles. In the first phase camera observes the curvature and the molding of the pins. Second phase controls the soldering and application of UV lacquer on the pins. A strong UV LED light is shed on the stator so that the illuminated lacquer really stands out and becomes easily measured. In the third phase the system checks for unwanted contact between the windings of the stator and the formation of the pins.
