System consists of of robot and measuring stations that inspect surface inperfections of cast objects. Electronic housing is picked up from convayer by robot and placed on turning table. Where the surface is inspected by multiple cameras, dedicated for single part of the electronic housing. By turning the table we scan and compile the picture of the surface. We use an algoritem to detect mistakes according to size, position and lenght betwen them. After scan from inside the electronic housing is moved to second turning table where the inspection is done on outside surfaces. If the electronic housing surfaces are ok the part is marked and put on conveyor for good parts, othervise the part is put on other conveyor.

Optical resolution is 0.01 mm.
