The Pomeas IMAGE 3 series image dimensioning system is fast, accurate, consistent, affordable and easy to use. It can scan over 100 dimensions in one second, with measurements and reports available at the touch of a button. It allows you to take measurements of several pieces at once in seconds.
The automatic optical inspection system combines the advantages of a conventional caliper , optical comparator (Profile projector), confocal sensor and simple graphic programming.
High-resolution imaging is supported by dual 20-megapixel cameras with low-distortion lenses (Telecentric lenses) that provide a large and small field of view at the same time and are equipped with the latest AI edge detection algorithm. The multi-level illumination system enables, together with light sensors, automatic adjustment of the illumination to achieve the best visual effect for the measurement area. Optional models also include a confocal sensor for precise height measurement and a touch sensor for multi-sensor measurement systems.
