Adhesive inspection under UV light

The system checks the adhesive application directly before gluing in the groove of the piece. After applying the glue, the collaborative robot takes the piece under a UV light and two cameras take a picture, then the robot turns the piece to the right angle and the camera takes a picture of the glue application again. In this way, we get reliable information about the presence and distribution of glue along the inner groove of the piece.
