Robot 6-Axis Force Torque Sensor Hypersen
Presentation
The high-precision strain gauge and construction design help the sensors achieve higher signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity. In addition, the built-in temperature algorithm greatly reduces the temperature fluctuation caused by temperature changes.
6-axis force-torque sensors can be installed on industrial robots, collaborative robots, exoskeleton robots and medical rehabilitation robots. They are also widely used in flexible gripping of grippers, robot joints, automatic measurement and control, wind tunnel testing and other applications.
Compatible robots: ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, Taubli, Denso, UR, Aubo, Jaka, Epson, Elite, HS, Mitsubishi, Sinsun, Fair and others.
- Ultra-low temperature fluctuation
The HPS-FT series 6-axis torque force sensors use built-in temperature compensation algorithms to reduce temperature drift caused by temperature changes.
- High sampling rate: 2000Hz
The sensors feature ultra-high sampling rate
(24-bit high-speed sampling ADC) with 0.1 (%F.S) hysteresis and 2000Hz data output frequency. Hypersen force sensors support Ethernet/EtherCAT/RS-485/ and analog interface output.
- Overload capacity: 350%
The HPS-FT series 6-axis torque force sensors enjoy outstanding overload capacity by adopting excellent materials and structure, which can withstand 350% overload under normal conditions.
- High linearity and low noise
High linearity of measurement results and extremely low noise can be achieved by the built-in high-performance microprocessor, advanced data processing, filtering and separation algorithms.
- Emergency stop I/O
The Hypersen 6-axis torque force sensor can be used with EtherCAT and Ethernet adapters. The I/O adapter can be connected to the robot’s emergency stop I/O. After setting the alarm threshold, the adapter can stop the robot within 0.5 ms with I/O signals to prevent damage to the sensor and workpiece when the force in a certain direction exceeds the set threshold.
