Wood biscuits measuring and sorting system LMS3
Presentation
LMS3 System can measure different sizes of wood biscuits (0, 10, 20, S6, H9, P4, FF, R1, R2, R3). System mechanically eliminates small pieces of wood biscuits from the rest of the production. Then every Wood biscuit is measured for proper size, edge smoothness, splinter free and the right surface size. If wood biscuit is out of permitted tolerance levels, it gets removed. The capacity of system is 4-5 wood biscuits per second, 14.000-20.000 wood biscuits per hour. The system is fully automated. LMS3 systems inspect majority manufactured lamello plates produced in EU.
