Wood dowel and stick automatic feeder

This system is made to organises stick and dowels in a row. It can continuously feed dowels/sticks slow and fast mode or start/stop mode. It can work independently with start or stop by sensor/button or be controlled by PLC.  It has a sensor to control the conveyor to for supplying the feeder. And it can control an additional conveyor with stepper motor. The camera with movement features on tower allows the operator to have overview of working system.

This model can put 70mm-300mm long dowels/stick one after another that have diameter from between 5mm and 25mm. In continuously feeding mode it can feed 60- 400 and more sticks per minute (18x200mm)

We can produce automatic stick feeding systems adapted for different sizes.  The mechanical dowel feeding system can be used for similar shaped object from different materials like plastic, cardboard and foam
